All confections are handmade by Stephanie Glaisek, a French-American chocolatiere.

Born in France in 1976, Stephanie always had a passion for chocolate and pastries - first for eating them, and then for creating them. At the age of 17 she became Henri Le Roux's (the famous french chocolatier) first and youngest apprentice. She since worked in Avignon, for the Blanes patisserie-chocolaterie.

In 2000, she moved to New York and worked as a pastry chef for the Relais and Chateau Guide rated Castle at Tarrytown. 

Between 2004 and 2007, while working as a restaurant manager, she pursued her passion by making holiday chocolates for friends and family.  This quickly became a full-time job as word got around and she parlayed her first love into a business for her many discerning customers.

Now the mother of two children, she is living her dream. She is the Creative Director and Chief Production Officer for Hudson Valley Chocolates.  Her two children are her Chief Tasting Advisors  - and the most popular kids at school!
